How do I play?
The entire game is for free, there is no purchase option. You use your Plays to play the scratch cards. Use your mouse to scratch off the sealed surfaces.
What are “Plays”?
Plays are for free and you need them to scratch the Scratch Cards. Each time you play a Scratch Card (by scratching off the sealed surfaces), your “Plays” will be deducted by one.
- Upon visiting the site, you will have 6 Plays. After which, you will be given 4 additional Plays upon registering or logging in.
- Returning registered users are given 10 plays every day.
- Every day, you will have the opportunity to unlock 1 additional Scratch Card when you invite a friend to play, when prompted.
- Plays are depleted at Midnight (ET), but every day during the Promotional Period, you can come back for more Plays!
How do I win and how are winners selected?
Use your mouse to scratch off the sealed surfaces of the Scratch Card to see if you’ve won.
Random computer-generated winning times will be generated during the Promotional Period. If you are the first player to scratch a card at or after one of the randomly generated times, you will be a potential Instant Winner.
If the Scratch Card says that you are a winner, we’ll validate your registration information and if you are eligible, we’ll send the prize to you.
How many times can I play?
You can scratch as many times as you'd like so long as you have enough Plays.
I already registered at PCHScratchCards.com (before January 22, 2009), why do I have to register additional information?
The additional information, including postal address, is now required by PCHScratchCards.com. The benefit to you is that you also have the opportunity to then enter the $100,000.00 Cash prize Giveaway (upon fully registering) and the $10 Million SuperPrize Giveaway (upon sending a card to a friend)!
Could I really win $100,000.00 when I register?
Yes. When you fill in your information and register at PCHScratchCards, you'll recieve an entry opportunity for a chance to win $100,000.00 from Publishers Clearing House Giveaway No. 1350.
Is there a benefit to sending a scratch card to a friend?

What happened to the Scratch Cards that I previously customized and created?
We previously allowed you to custom create and personalize the Scratch Cards. The promotional period for those cards expired on January 21, 2009. On January 22, 2009, we went live with a new and exciting way of playing.
